Úvodní keynote příspěvky přednášejících kontextově zarámují téma konference a identifikovaných výzev, a to zejména ve vztahu k oblasti evropských zdrojů a jejich role v českém prostředí, a trendům, které se v oblasti podpory výzkumu rozvíjejí v Evropě.

"Policy" Panel Discussion/Diskuzní „policy” panel
Debate of key representatives of the decision-making sphere about their views on the conceptual outlook and challenges of supporting Czech research and, in particular, the tools with which they want to solve them. The aim is to develop and possibly supplement the topics mentioned in the annotation.
Debata klíčových zástupců decizní sféry o jejich názorech na koncepční výhled a výzvy podpory českého výzkumu a zejména nástrojů, jakými je chtějí řešit. Cílem je rozvinout a případně doplnit témata uvedená v anotaci.

"Case studies" of foreign guests will present approaches to the theme of the conference in selected countries, especially in relation to the genesis of their national debate and the way, obstacles and current state of solving the challenges of research support.
„Case study“ zahraničních hostů představí přístupy k tématu konference ve vybraných zemích, zejména ve vztahu ke genezi jejich národní debaty a způsobu, překážek a aktuálního stavu řešení výzev podpory výzkumu.

Panel Discussion: Young Scientists/Panelová diskuze: Mladí vědci
The panel discussion will be a complementary input to the first day panel discussion and will offer the views of young scientists and scientists with foreign experience. The goal of this discussion is to convey a new perspective on conceptual and long-term topics.
Panelová diskuse bude komplementárním vstupem k panelové diskusi prvního konferenčního dne a nabídne pohledy mladých vědců a vědců se zahraniční zkušeností. Cílem je zprostředkovat nový pohled na koncepční a dlouhodobá témata.
